These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Cornerstone CRM platform and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Cornerstone CRM ("us," "we," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business entity you represent. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.​​

2. The Service

Cornerstone CRM is a Texas-built customer relationship management platform that includes features such as a robust CRM, Sales & Website Funnel Builder, Marketing & Automation Tools, and the AI Employee suite (Voice AI, Conversation AI, Reviews AI, Content AI, Funnel & Website AI, and Workflow AI).

3. Account Registration and Use

 

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

• Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You will not upload, post, or transmit any data that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or infringes on any third party's intellectual property.

4. Fees, Billing, and Payment

We do not sell your customer data. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Pricing: Access to the Service is provided on a subscription basis, with plans like the introductory rate of $97/month for the first 3 months then $397/month thereafter. We also offer custom quotes for businesses with over 5 employees and a one-time Business Launch Kit for $10,000.

• Billing: You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges for the Service. Fees are billed on a month-to-month basis.

• No Long-Term Contracts: We offer flexible month-to-month options. You can cancel or upgrade your plan at any time without being locked into a long-term contract.

• Onboarding and Migration: Every plan includes guided FREE ONBOARDING. We also assist with migration from other CRMs (though pricing may vary for complex migrations).

5. Customer Data and Ownership

• Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the data you store within the Cornerstone CRM platform ("Customer Data").

• License: You grant Cornerstone CRM a limited license to use the Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy.

• Data Export: Upon termination or cancellation, you can easily export your data.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

• As-Is Basis: The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We strive for Excellence and Efficiency, but we make no warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

• Performance: While our data shows significant results (e.g., $8.71 ROI for every $1 spent, 34% sales productivity improvement), we do not guarantee specific outcomes for your business.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cornerstone CRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

As a Texas-Owned, Texas-Built company, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on our website or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the change constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
